Refund Policy
1. Cancellations and refunds

1.1 Cancellations by you within seven days
a) You have the right to cancel any contract for the provision of a place on a Course at any time within seven days, beginning on the day you have received the acknowledgement email or letter confirming your purchase. In each case, you will receive a full refund less 10%
admin fee of the price paid for the Course.

b) If you choose to purchase and join a course that is due to commence within 7 days of purchase or choose a course which is delivered in a digital form only, you will still be able to receive a refund however your refund will be less Admin fee of 10% and the cost of fees
charged by the tutor per day for any classes that you have taken.

c) Once the course has taken place or been completed, you do not have a right to cancel even if this is within fourteen days of the date of the contract.

d) To cancel a contract please inform us in writing, either by email to the course administrator or in writing to Finance Section: East London Beauty Academy, 153-159 Bow Business Centre, Bow Rd, Bow London E3 2SE. Email: cynthia@londonbeautyacademy.com

2.2 Cancellation by you after seven days
a) If you cancel your place on a Course at any time after expiry of the 7 day period you will not be entitled to a refund, except in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion East London Beauty Academy Management. In such circumstance that a refund is given an
administration fee will be charged.

b) In exceptional circumstance, you may be able to transfer your enrolment to a different course or substitute a different Student onto the same course. Course fees already paid can be transferred to the new course, and any outstanding balance must be paid in full
before the delegate can be registered on the new Course. No refund will be given if the cost of the new Course is less than the cost of the original Course.

c) To cancel a contract after 7 days, or to transfer or substitute someone else, please inform us in writing, either by email to the course administrator or in writing to East London Beauty Academy, 153-159 Bow Business Centre, Bow Rd, Bow, London E3 2SE
explaining your reason for requesting the cancellation, details of the course you are cancelling off and your booking reference. Email: cynthia@londonbeautyacademy.com

2.3 Cancellation by us
a) We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Course as outlined on the website and in any brochure. However, we reserve the right to -make a reasonable adjustment to the timetable, content and syllabus of a Course when necessary.

b) We reserve the right to cancel any Course by giving you notice in writing at any time before the Course is due to start. We will refund all fees paid by you and will endeavour to offer a transfer to another Course as an alternative, subject to payment or refund of any difference
in the purchase price.

c) East London Beauty Academy maximum liability will be limited to a refund of received fees for the cancelled Course. East London Beauty Academy will not accept liability for any costs or losses incurred by Students or organisations which are claimed to have arisen
through Course cancellation, other than for those stated here.

3.0. Security
a) All payment details when paying through East London Beauty AcademyWorld Pay PDQ Card Terminal System are secure and all steps are taken to ensure that your payments are secure.

b) East London Beauty Academy shall not be liable for any failure by the Student or third party making payment of Fees to properly protect data from being seen on their screen when making a payment by other means other than through our PDQ Card Processing Terminal System.

4.0 Variations to the Terms and Conditions
a) East London Beauty Academy reserves the right to vary these Terms and conditions from time to time and the current version will be that published on this website.
